Senate Bill signed into law by Gov. Stein establishes moratorium on Class C driver licenses
ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. (WNCT) — Senate Bill 391 has been signed into law by North Carolina Governor Josh Stein. This bill establishes a moratorium on the expiration of Class C driver licenses in the state.
NCDMV said the move eliminates unnecessary office visits, reduces wait times and frees up examiner capacity.
