It's a Mag Innovision and a BenQ 20.1 inch running on an XFX Nvidia GeForce 6600GT AGP if that helps any. My setup is an AMD 64 X2 3800+ with 1 gb memory and an Asus motherboard socket 939 non sli.
That's clearly a damaged LCD panel, sorry. The curved black area definitely indicates panel damage, and the pattern of the randomly colored pixels does as well.
