Today the Honorable Brian McCabe of the Merced County Superior Court, sentenced defendant Desiree Rose Gomez to 10 years, 8 months. The defendant was found guilty of Gross Vehicular Manslaughter While Intoxicated as well as Felony DUI, driving under the influence causing injury.
